Dear mother of Jake. Beloved daughter of Isabelle and the late Joseph. Daughter-in-law of Clarence "PeeWee" and the late Jackie. Sister of Michael (Janet), David (Heidi) and the late Joey. Further survived by other relatives and many friends. Special thanks to my guardian angel Jodi Monty and also to the caring staff of Vitas Hospice.
